As we are making qooxdoo true multi-lingual we changed the name of the
conribution project as well as github to better reflect two things:
1. the project makes qooxdoo true multi-lingual
2. that it is all known modern languages as described in the project page
It covers three parts:
1. UI orientation according to locale or typographic wishes -> making layout
true "fluid"
2. css writing modes according to specification
3. bidi support of text
We are right now moving over all code piece by piece so bear with it.
