Hey, you bring up an interesting question: What should happen if the model of a form gets removed? What is the expected behavior? In your case, it would be to reset the form values, right? Can you think of a use case where the current behavior would be an advantage? At the moment, I can't see a use case for that which opens up the opportunity to change the behavior in the form controller. Could you maybe open up a bug report for that? That should be a minor thing to change which I could do soon. Regards, Martin
