I suspect not. I haven't evaluated them, or done any research, but I
suspect that many of the modern functions missing from older browsers can
be implemented fully to the spec. I happened to see the comment regarding
bind() that I quoted, indicating that it might be difficult to do properly.
I think it would take a bit of research to see if there are known 100%
polyfills for the methods under consideration.
