I'm wondering about the following.

At some point in an application I'm building, my model has a structure like
this (don't bother about syntax details, I'm only posting a quick example):

{
     'fields': {
           'name' : 'somevalue',
           'type' : 'someothervalue'
      }
}

Inside my application, the debugger in Chrome nicely presents me with
'someothervalue' if I do this:

this.__model.getFields().toArray()[0].getType()

Question now is, what field name in the form should I used to automatically
bind a TextField to the model?

The following doesn't give the effect I'm looking for:

               var idx = 0; // getting the first item from the array only
               var fld = new qx.ui.form.TextField();
               this.__form.add(fld, 'Type', null, 'fields[+idx+'].type',
this);
               this.__controller.setModel(this.__model); // form and
controller were created and linked earlier

Either I'm completely on the wrong track, or I'm missing a small detail. Who
can tell me what to change?

Thanks already,

Angelo
