I did an eps/ps file with e.g.: postscript("c:/Temp/test.eps", width = 8.0, height = 6.0, horizontal = FALSE, onefile = FALSE, paper = "special")
curve(x^2) dev.off() but I am not sure what you mean with the second file with the latex commands.
