hello R-users, i like to know if there exists a tool in R to find different trajectories of a variable in a dataset with three resp. four points of measurement. i search something like PROC TRAJ for SAS, but i don't have SAS nor do i know to use it. other alternatives would be M-plus or latent gold. (but actually i don't want to learn the use of M-plus or latent gold.) what i think as an important element of PROC TRAJ is the calculation of BIC, a criterion to decide what number of trajectories fitting best the data.
thanks for every help. -- Egon Werlen Fachpsychologe fuer Gesundheitspsychologie FSP Forschungszentrum fuer Rehabilitations- und Gesundheitspsychologie Universitaet Freiburg Englisberg 7 CH-1763 Granges-Paccot Tel: +41 (0)26 300 76 60 Fax: +41 (0)26 300 96 34 ______________________________________________ R-help@stat.math.ethz.ch mailing list https://stat.ethz.ch/mailman/listinfo/r-help PLEASE do read the posting guide http://www.R-project.org/posting-guide.html and provide commented, minimal, self-contained, reproducible code.
