Dears
I am comparing rooted trees with the same tip labels and the tips with
ancestral differences and number of differences vary between each set of
trees. I am using the Kendall-Colijn test. What test statistics is
appropriate to perform on this type of dataset? My trees are rooted to
different reference genomes (draft and close genomes) and my hypothesis is
that they is no difference in topology whether using a draft or reference
genome.
Thanks
