Hi Everyone,

This isn’t directly an R question, but seems like someone on this list might
know the answer.

I am wondering if anybody has ever coined a name for a generalised version of a
cherry (a node with two terminal descendants). I.e., is there a name for a node
where all descendants are terminals regardless of the count? For example, the
root of a star tree with ten terminals would meet the criterion of having all
descendants being terminals but not that of being a cherry.

Many thanks,

Graeme
