Im seeing some fonts giving words which overprint (all letters appear over the
space of the first)
Courier New does that, Courier does not.

The changes log talks about the removal of duplicated items by turning them
into XObjects
- Improved the efficiency of duplicate object removal. Specifically, a content
object is only turned into an XObject if it is used more than once; previously,
each content object was a single XObject no matter what.

There is no such class in the docs: can anyone say whether this is under the
coder's control?
And what constitutes a duplicate? SOunds like a great way to include a small
bitmap and re-use it many times without bloating the PDF.. anyone have
experience?
