Dear Basma, If the relationship for a person is associated with a new work such as : compiler of a bibliography or a directory, they can get a 100, because they are considered to be creators of the work and not contributors ( RDA I.2.1). Which is different to the compiler of several works or parts of work; and in this case he/she is a contributor and the relationship is with the expression, in that case we use 700 and editor of compilation as the relationship designator (RDA I.3.1) Best, Iman
