I have checked your suggestion and it looks to me that zlib detection by
boost is ok:

    notice: [zlib] Using pre-installed library
    notice: [zlib] Condition
    [...]
        - zlib                     : yes
    ---->8----

In the end, it looks to me that the problem is with the cmake related
changes in boost-1_70_0_rc1 vs previous boost versions.
