Yeah, spooky pictures. Certainly that was non-glass glazing. I can make out a way too unsecured wire at the top left of the array but that might have been secured before the conflagration event.
Could these panels have been "home made" by someone in their garage? I regularly loose cells for sale on E-Bay and in the back of home power. Someone's buying them.
