Sanity check     You are using CrystalTech... right?   I am with them also...until the end of next month, that is.   I was able to complain and bitch, ask for a supervisor, threaten to leave them... that sort of thing... and they eventually moved my site to a server that did not have reactor mapped...so that I could map it and perpetuate the problem for others (perhaps for you).   Ultimately, the solution is to move to another provider and make sure CrystalTech knows the reason.
