Unless you had an installer where you entered a little info either on-screen
or into a config file and it generated all of the standard files (you'd just
put some %MAPPING_PATH% variables that you'd read, search and replace and
then publish). You can do it in a way that loops recursively through
directories so you don't need to keep a complete list of files and
directories - it'd be pointed to a "model" directory and would replicate and
deploy making any such literal changes.

Whether it is a good idea or worth the trouble is a WHOLE other question . .
