I know I have not check in for a while.  I have been extremely busy working out issues concerning my Buffalo properties.  As I celebrate one year in the market, I see more opportunity than ever in Buffalo.

 

I completed more renovations and rented my last vacancy on May 1.  I am presently at 100% occupancy for eleven units.  It was a learning experience, and I now have that experience under my belt in this market.

 

Is there an attorney that belongs to this group that practices in Buffalo?  If not, does anyone know of a good, reasonably priced attorney in Buffalo for eviction purposes?  I may need to evict a tenant who was supposed to move on May 1.  I already have a replacement in place, but I need to have the present tenant out within days or I will need to evict them.  In addition, I need to find an attorney for this sort of things in the future to complete my local team.
