Could it be because you have no default window?
Win32 applications seem to not know what to do when there is no
window shown at a given time (therefore the application quits).

an old project of mine (on Mac OS X) refused to compile (on Windows
XP), without any reported error.
In a desesperate -and last - effort, I clicked in the MDI CheckBox
option and... it rans!
Any idea why I can't run it ?
