Holiday Breakfast Bread

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup oil
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup chopped coconut
2 cups dried bananas
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Mix flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon. In separate bowl, combine eggs
and oil, beat lightly. Combine with dry ingredients; mix well. Fold in
pecans, coconut, banans, pineapple and vanilla. Pour into 2 loaf pans.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour to 1 hour 20 minutes, or until test done.
