MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE   

      1 (18.25 oz.) yellow cake mix (not super moist or pudding added)
      3 eggs
      3/4 c. oil
      1 (15 oz.) mandarin oranges & juice

      TOPPING:

      1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple & juice
      1 (3.4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding mix
      1 tsp. vanilla
      1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

      Mix dry cake mix, eggs, oil and oranges. Bake in 9 x 13 inch baking dish 
at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Mix pudding, pineapple and vanilla 
together. Fold in Cool Whip and spread on cooled cake.
