Too Easy Stew
Too easy in the crock-pot--just mix all the ingredients and come home to
A ready made,
Ingredients:
2 lb London broil, cut up
1 can sweet peas, drained
1 can sliced carrots, drained
1 large onion, diced
3 medium potatoes, diced
1 envelope brown gravy mix
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Put ingredients into large crock pot, sprinkle with dry ingredients,
Cover with water and simmer all day or at least 6 hours.
Notes:
Number of servings: 6
