:Cognac Mochaccino
 
1 oz. cognac
1 t. sugar
2 oz. hot fresh espresso or strong coffee
1/2 cup prepared hot chocolate
4 oz. milk or light cream
Grated chocolate for garnish
 
In small pan, stir together cognac, sugar, espresso and hot chocolate.
Heat gently over low flame. do not allow to boil. Froth milk until
doubled in volume. Pour espresso mixture into two tempered cognac
glasses or latte mugs. Dollop frothed milk over espresso. Sprinkle
grated chocolate on top.
