Orange Ball Cookies- No Oven baking required 1 box of shredded coconut 6oz can of frozen orange juice concentrate 1 large box of vanilla wafer cookies, crushed 1 cup of packed powdered sugar additional powdered sugar for coating 1/4 stick of butter 1 tsp. vanilla
In a small saucepan, melt butter and frozen orange juice concentrate, stiring until orange juice is completely disovled. Add vanilla. Put crushed vanilla wafer cookies in a medium -sized mixing bowl and pour melted butter and orange juice mixture over the crushed cookies. Add powdered sugar 1 cup of powdered sugar. Throughly mix and roll cookie mixture into one-inch sized balls. Combined coconut flakes and additional powdered sugar. Roll cookies balls in coconut powdered suagr mixture until well coated. A single candle can illuminate an entire room. A true friend lights up an entire lifetime.
