SOUR CREAM CHEESE PIE
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
Beat the above ingredients until smooth and pour into pie shell. Bake at 375 
degrees
for 20 minutes. Raise oven to 400 degrees. Prepare topping.
TOPPING:
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Bake 10 minutes.  Enjoy.
