OHIO CHICKEN SUPREME 1 pkg. corn meal stuffing 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. sour cream 1/3 c. onion, chopped (optional) 3-4 c. cooked chicken or turkey, diced 1 stick butter, melted 1 3/4 c. chicken broth Mix dry stuffing and butter. Place half of mixture in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Combine chicken, sour cream, soup and onion in bowl. Spread over dressing in pan. Spread remaining half of dressing on top of chicken mixture. Pour broth over top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake additional 15 minutes or until browned.
