This seems like the one I want, the other is like the cobbler recipe and it

  CRUMB TOP FRUIT PIE
  1 1/2 c. flour
  1 tsp. salt
  1 tbsp. sugar
  1/2 c. oil
  1 tbsp. milk
  3/4 c. brown sugar
  Mix 1 1/2 cups flour, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon sugar together. Add 
and mix
  well 1/2 cup oil and 1 tablespoon milk. Press into pie pan. Heap with 
favorite fresh
  fruit.
  TOPPING:
  1/4 c. granulated sugar
  3/4 c. flour
  1/2 c. butter
  1/4 tsp. salt
  1/4 to 1/2 c. nuts (optional)
  Cover with crumb topping. Bake at 450 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.  Enjoy.
