Mince Cream Cheese Pie Pastry for 9-inch 1-crust pie 1 jar (28 ounces) prepared mincemeat (3 cups) 2 packages (3 ounces each) cream cheese, softened 1/3 cup sugar 1 egg
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Prepare pastry. Spread mincemeat in pastry-lined pie pan. Cover edge with 2 to 3-inch strip of aluminum foil to prevent excessive browning. Bake 20 minutes. In small mixer bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and egg until smooth. Remove pie from oven; remove foil. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees.
