Impossibly Easy Chicago Style Pizza

1 pound bulk Italian sausage
1 can diced tomatoes with garlic, basil and oregano, drained, 14.5 oz
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, 8 oz
1/2 cup Bisquick mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs

Heat oven 400. Spray a 9 inch pie plate with cooking spray. Cook sausage in 
large skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until 
no

longer pink; drain. Spread tomatoes in pie plate. Sprinkle with 1 cup of the 
cheese. Top with sausage and remaining 1 cu cheese. Stir remaining 
ingredients

in medium bowl with wire whisk or fork until blended. Pour into pie plate. 
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let 
stand

5 minutes before serving.
