Country Style Casserole 2 cans condensed Cream of Chicken soup 3/4 Cup Mayonnaise 1/2 Cup Milk 3 Tablespoons Honey 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard 1 26 oz Package of Frozen shredded Hashbrown Potatoes 4 Cups cubed cooked Chicken or Ham 3 Cups Sliced Frozen Carrots (optional)
In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Stir in hash browns, chicken and carrots (if desired). Transfer to a greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 45-50 mins.
