Chili Con Queso 1 10-oz. can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilis 1 lb. American cheese Warm tortilla chips
In top of double-boiler mix tomatoes with cheese. Cook over hot water for an hour, stirring often, until thick and creamy. Serve at once with warm tortilla chips.
