Yard Bird Casserole
Ingredients
1 - 10 3/4 oz. can of Campbell's condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 - 10 3/4 oz. can of Campbell's condensed Cream of Celery Soup
4 - Skinless chicken breast
1 - 1 oz.Package of Lipton's Recipe Secrets Onion Soup Mix
1 and 1/2 cups of white instant rice
Directions:
Spread the can of Mushroom Soup over the bottom of a 9" X 13" glass
casserole Baking dish. { Include the sides of the dish also }
Add 1 1/2 cups of white instant Rice.
{Pat down the rice in the Mushroom soup gently }
Add the 4 skinned Chicken Breasts over top of rice { Space evenly apart }
Add the can of Campbell's condensed Celery Soup over the Chicken and
Rice and spread evenly.
Sprinkle the Lipton Onion Soup Mix over the top of the Celery Soup and
Chicken and Rice.
Cover the complete baking dish with Tin Foil and Bake 45 min. to 1 Hr. at
350 degrees or until done depending on your oven.
