The 4530 service manual is downloadable as a PDF from the Icom page at www.repeater-builder.com What is the primary repeater? This mailing list has over 4600 members, and there are a LOT of junque boxes out there (for those unfamiliar with the term, "junque" is high class junk). Someone is bound to have the part you need. If it's a UHF Micor station (which are famous for eating triplers) then I suggest that you read this: <http://www.repeater-builder.com/micor/micor-uhf-station-tripler.html> That article references the UHF mobile low level amplifier. Mods to it are covered here: <http://www.repeater-builder.com/micor/micor-uhf-mobile-lla.html> I think that if you repair the Micor that you will find that when properly set up it will easily outperform the Icom.
