Greetings, With the new glibc update (2.5-81.el5_8.4) available none of my x86_64 RHEL 5 machines are able to update. Yum sees that glibc.i686, glibc.x86_64, glibc-common.x86_64, nscd.x86_64, and nspr.i386 are set to be updated and then every package that requires /sbin/ldconfig complains that its missing. (Along with a few other dependencies.) My i386 machines don't seem to be affected.
Here's the full yum error messages: http://www4.ncsu.edu/~jjneely/yum.out I've got 400 machines failing to update. Has anyone seen anything similar?
