It's a warning to notify you that there is an account with equivalent
rights to that of 'root'. This is generally something you do not want!

In this instance the account name looks just like '#'. Since the check
is reasonably specific about the format of the passwd file entries, it
seems most odd. I would suggest checking your /etc/passwd file (or its
equivalent) to see which entry it refers to.
