Wow, that sounds pretty strange. Does it matter, *which* language you set? Can 
you spot any other missing entries? Also, the "Configure R packages" action has 
a duplicate (called "Load / Unload Packages") in the Workspace menu. Does that 
show up, correctly? What about Settings->Configure RKWard?
