hi,

you might have noticed that most plugin tests were doomed to fail because the
new TOC globally changed the HTML output. i've tried to add testing support to
the way the TOC is generated. it usually includes a string made from system
time information for the hyperlinks, which of course would invalidate output
files generated at different times (i.e., always). in testing mode, these
strings are now all set to "test". the test standards still must be updated --
but at least that's now possible ;-)

i've also tried to fix issues i had with the rkwardtests package and R 2.15,
there were error messages regarding ".rk.date".

both changes are already in the current daily build, please check it out to
see if i broke something.
