Well, sure, it's always easier to steal than to build.  :)

On the other hand, if it doesn't exist yet, this Krita thing could rip it off 
from us.  Stealing cuts both ways.

I might like to have a play at something like that some day.  It would be an 
interesting exercise figuring out how to make it work.  But stealing one 
would be *much* easier.  :)
