Also noticed that if I don't press stop, just |< (jump to beginning) during play, the song starts a little differently compared to the stop-jump-play procedure. This requires that some notes are at the beginning of a song.
Can you confirm this?
Probably, but I'm not quite sure exactly what you mean.
Just hit |< during play and see if the very first notes of the song are played like they should.
I don't know how to explain this any better.. I can try, but it will be long.
