There are problems in 1, 4, and 5 with measures that don't add up correctly. (Notice the red barlines.) I think there's an extra 8th in bar 1. Counting that measure gave me a headache though, so I'll leave it up to you to satisfy yourself with whatever makes you happy there. :) Anyway, the issue you have pointed out cropped up pretty recently. The workaround is easy enough. Select that funky beamed group, then flip the stems a couple of times (ctrl+PageUP/PageDown) and it will straighten them out. Did you hand enter this?
