Right. Ignore all that stuff.
You already had the right resourceFinder bits in there, near as I can tell,
and the only reason this didn't work was because our build system didn't pick
up tunings.xml and add it to the resource bundle.
I thought it would have, but it has been so long since I added new data files,
perhaps I've forgotten that I always had to do that step ('make qrc')
manually.
Anyway, it should be working now in 12283.
