   Maybe, but I'll bet it worked fine for you, then something changed 
between then and now further up related to the creation of 
usedAudioFiles.  That then tripped up the existing packager code, which 
I'm guessing isn't tested much as audio seems to be a low priority.  I 
really didn't dig far enough to understand usedAudioFiles, but it sounds 
like a typical scenario.

   I need the packager so I can store my test cases in a more convenient 
fashion.  Many of them involve audio files.  That's why I stumbled on this.

   (I haven't checked anything in in a while because I spent most of the 
summer fighting with fluidsynth on my new computer.  Finally figured out 
that the JACK "period" setting causes much grief for fluidsynth if it is 
greater than about 256.  Default is 1024!  Grrr!  I also had trouble 
with my laptop's headphone jack.  This was all really time-consuming.  I 
put together a little MIDI guide to remind me in the future of all this:
