The tempo dialog only lets "Ramp to" go up to 99 bpm. Given that the
default tempo is 120, this seems strange. And when I look at the code,
it's almost certainly unintended.
This seems to happen because m_tempoTargetSpinBox never has its defaults
changed as m_tempoValueSpinBox does. In fact, it looks like the code that
would have done so mistakenly names m_tempoValueSpinBox a second time
where m_tempoTargetSpinBox is meant.
I expect to push a fix for that shortly.
