Just to let everyone know, I've discovered but not located a serious bug
that's probably in my logical-instruments branch. Occasionally when it
starts playing, it will hold notes forever. When that happens, it always
crashes shortly afterwards. I am tracking it down. At the moment I have
a few clues but no diagnosis.
