The talk about the forgotten licenses in individual files reminded me: a
while ago I coded some emacs autoinsertion templates for rosegarden.  They
are essentially the templates in /templates.  The difference is:

 * For emacs users, it's easier and forget-proof.  You customize it
   into auto-insert-alist once and everything else is automatic.
 * The copyright date doesn't become wrong each new year; it's
   automatic.
 * The #ifdef guards are calculated from the filename; no more
   accidentally using _TEMPLATE_H_ as the guard.

Shall I submit them?
