It's really dead simple for me.  I couldn't possibly care less about learning 
some new version control scheme, and I'm simply not going to deal with it.  If 
Rosegarden changes version control, then that's it for me.

I don't think this fact necessarily means Rosegarden shouldn't think about 
doing it anyway.  I'm not blind, and it's patently obvious that git is the 
fashionable version control scheme these days.

I find I'm not strongly invested either way.  Vote me in, I'll keep the 
albatross chained around my neck awhile longer, vote me out by converting the 
thing I'm supposed to be watching over into an unfamiliar and alien landscape, 
and I'm sure I'll find stuff to do with all the new spare time.
