OK, I guess you're only sort of an admin over the subproject, which is 
just a fucking stupid design.  Apparently whoever creates it owns it,

It was a good idea, I thought, but if that's how they're going to work, 
I guess the whole subproject idea is a complete wash.

Bloody hell.

Just to make me look like less of an idiot, I want to point out that I 
own a "beta project" and had prior experience with the new interface and 
tools.  I figured when it went to final release, it was probably pretty 
safe by now.

Boy did I fuck up royally.
