Yes, since I was on trunk (normally I'm dog-food-testing my experimental
stuff), I cleaned up warnings that had escaped my eye last time. What
remains is not so trivial to fix.

I don't use MIDI export enough to say. The bug is that in MIDI export,
repeated notes were clipped to essentially zero time.
