Good catch! That's out of date. At an early stage MetronomeMapper had a
dedicated subclass, but when StudioControl and ImmediateNote wanted to use
the same callback, I moved the subclass into ChannelManager and renamed it
MapperFunctionalitySimple.

Feel free to rename it. My choice of names isn't always great. I do
