I was seeing typical overshoots of around 15, sometimes more. I picked the number 100 out of the air as it seemed large enough to cure the problem 100% of the time but small enough to cause no discernible side effects. I left an explanatory note in the code. This is a minor tweak to resolve an irritating problem, and I hope that it in no way conflicts with Ted's work.
