As Michael asked, I have merged my various branches to trunk. The
configuration now is the same as what I've been dog-food-testing, modulo a
few recent changes on trunk. Compiles, runs, plays.
Also:
* Updated auto-insert-rosegarden-templates so it inserts a class skeleton
based on the file name.
* Made SequenceManager compile without warnings by controlling debug
printing differently.
* In the course of squelching warnings, I found that MappedStudio was
doing something very suspicious, updating _approxLockCount inside #ifdef
debug guards. That wasn't even what gave the warning. I will code and
add a fix for that now.
* I recently coded another command, which I'll introduce in a seaprate post.
Please tell me if there are any problems.
