I will shortly commit a few things we talked about:
* Renamed Select Evenly Spaced Notes -> Guess Beats
* Uniform style for the major menus. I'm sure I missed some items
because I kept finding ones I missed.
* Debug-printing: Made Debug.h just a little smarter, and I defined
RG_MODULE_STRING for files that use RG_DEBUG, so traces should be a
little more informative than "[generic]" was.
* Made AddDotCommand, SetNoteTypeCommand insert correctly. This
mostly has effect when they make notes cross bar lines.
Ted, the RG_MODULE_STRING change touched CompositionView and
CompositionModelImpl among about 150 files, but it's pretty superficial.
I don't foresee any trouble merging that and it only affects the form of
debug-printing.
