I'm finally redesigning the selection event filter used in the notation
and matrix editors, and I'm starting with a look at the original event
filter in the Event List editor. It should have informed my work from
the beginning, but I wasn't even aware of its existence at the time, so
green was I.

Event List event filter has filters for "Generated Region" and "Segment
ID". They seem to be related to Phrase -> Figuration.

I fooled with this for a little while and as yet have utterly no clue:

   1) What's this stuff for?
   2) What is the potential use of the event filters?
   3) After I made a Parameter Chord and a Figuration I still had no
events of either types showing up in the event list.

It would be better if I understood Tom's creation. Otherwise I will
just totally ignore all this stuff, which won't hurt me any, but I hate
to miss out on something I should have included.
